If you messaged a clinic

  1. Email chaital.business@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the WhatsApp number you messaged from and the clinic's name. You can also ask the clinic to pass the request to us.
  2. We confirm the request with you on that WhatsApp number.
  3. We delete your conversation, messages, booking details and appointment records from our systems within 30 days, and reply to confirm.

Chats on the clinic's own phone and appointments in the clinic's calendar are controlled by the clinic. Ask the clinic to remove those.

If you are a clinic

  1. Disconnect the Epi AI Agency app from your WhatsApp Business account in Meta Business Suite.
  2. Email chaital.business@gmail.com and ask us to delete your data. We delete everything we hold for your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
